As an account manager, Brian is responsible for supervising the mechanical department in all aspects of building operations for 6 commercial office and retail sites totaling over 3 million square feet. He implements required safety training, PM tracking, and time card reporting. Brian also assists with tenant improvement projects and capital and building improvement lists for the annual budget. As account manager for Mobile Facility Services, Brian is responsible for staffing several technicians of varying skill sets to special building assignments. Varying in length from a few days to several months, coverage consists of staffing such locations as commercial properties, lab environments, and the banking industries.


Brian has over 27 years of experience in the facility services industry and 10 years experience in supervisory positions for facility services departments in office buildings, major retail environments, hotels, and biotechnology environments. He is licensed by the State of Massachusetts with an Electrician’s License.

Prior to his current role as account manager, Brian was a supervisor with Building Technology Engineers at Unicorn Park, Woburn. He supervised the mechanical department and 6 commercial office buildings totaling over 600,000 square feet. He also performed electrical and mechanical maintenance for the office location.

The Personal Side

Brian enjoys traveling with his wife Julie. When they are not travelling, they enjoy restoring their Victorian era home. He is also an avid reader of regional and American history.
