By helping Building Technology Engineers (BTE) maintain its financial strength and flexibility, Dennis enables the company to provide clients with the cost efficiencies and sophisticated services that are critical to successful building and facilities management today. In addition to overseeing sales accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions, he also analyzes and interprets financial results to help senior management effectively apply company resources in ways that will provide maximum value for clients. Furthermore, by providing clients with customized accounting and financial reports, he gives them the tools they need to control costs, while optimizing their buildings' performance and ensuring an ongoing return on their facilities' investment.


Dennis has worked in financial analysis and management since 2000. His career began at Johnson Controls, where he was an accounting manager/financial analyst. He then moved to Cushman and Wakefield as regional financial manager, before accepting posts as director of operations and later, general manager at Ecologic. Prior to taking his current position with EMCOR in 2009, he was a senior financial analyst at Sun Microsystems.

Dennis has a bachelor's in management from Bentley College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. Over the years, he has become proficient in a number of advanced financial and facilities management software programs, including JD Edwards, Crystal Reporting, Yardi, Citrix, Oracle, Essbase, Utility Accounting Systems, Financial Dynamics, and Maximo.

The Personal Side

Dennis spends his free time with family and friends. He also enjoys traveling, especially to the Caribbean, and is an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins. In addition, he is an active volunteer for the MSPCA, and the Bullmastiff & English Bulldog Rescue Associations.
