Denise supports the company’s regional vice president and account directors by managing a variety of activities that ensure smooth operation and enhance delivery of client services. For example, she prepares bid documents, including bond requests; assembles proposals and contracts, and oversees their production; and tracks contract renewals. She also manages the company’s vendor relationships, codes and processes invoices, and works with accounts payable to ensure timely payment. In addition to preparing minutes from bi-weekly executive staff meetings, she reviews and edits presentations, and coordinates final production.

 

Expertise

Holder of a paralegal certificate from Fisher College, Denise started her career with a Boston law firm, where she spent six years. She then held an administrative post with a general contractor before becoming executive assistant to a developer. She joined EMCOR in 2008 as an administrative assistant and was promoted to her current post in 2009.

When not at work, Denise enjoys spending time with her dog.
